Monitoring: Here's what that entails. As a commercial property owner, the daily requirements to maintain your investment can not be ignored. Items such as litter removal/debris, checking heating and air conditioning, making certain that weekly services i.e. lawn care are done on time and professionally. Parking lot lighting is notorious for going out when you least expect it. This is something that should be checked at least every 30 days.

Landscaping: Planting, mulching, edging, property clean ups, trimming.  Do you need some ideas?  Let's see what we can do to improve your property.  Diagnosis of problems you're currently experiencing with plants, trees and shrubs.

Gutter Cleaning: Not a very pleasant job is it?  You are also probably not too fond of being on a roof either.  Let us do that for you as well as flush the down spouts.  If we see a problem we'll tell you and if we can, we'll repair it.

House Check:    What do you require?  We'll bring in the mail, paper, water your plants, shovel snow from your entrance way, check heat/air conditioning.  Don't have a gardening service?  Need us to cut the lawn while you are gone?  Ask us.
